Channel Logo

A Channel Logo is a visual representation of your channel title. It’s overlaid on top of your Channel Background or on top of the Channel Background color you select in Apple Podcasts Connect.

This artwork is required to create your channel on Apple Podcasts.

What is the purpose of a Channel Logo?

It represents your channel’s brand and helps listeners easily recognize and navigate to your channel.

Best practices

These recommendations will help you format your Channel Logo artwork for Apple Podcasts. They’ll also help preserve your original design as your art comes to life in the user interface and across the platform.

Use the Channel Logo template. It helps you place all essential design elements within the art safe area so they won’t be cropped or obstructed by user interface elements.

Only use horizontal logos. Vertical, stacked, or skewed logos may interfere with legibility.

Maximize the size of your logo. Resize it to fit the template’s edge so you’re using all the available space.

Center align the logo. Centrally position your logo within the template and ensure it doesn’t extend beyond the boundaries.

Create with a transparent background. Your Channel Logo will be overlaid on top of your other artwork, so its background must be transparent.

Ensure the logo is legible. Consider the color of your logo to ensure it shows up on your Channel Background. For example, do not use a white logo on a white background.
